Today I have no sales.

My cover is awesome.
The landing page is awesome.
The copy on the landing page is good.

I can’t afford PPC right now. So that’s why I put on my blog.

What to do? Article marketing maybe?

        I am currently a student working towards my Bachelors in Computer Science, then i plan to obtain my Masters in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration ( Concurrent Program ). I will also have my Associates in Web Developing in 6 months.

        Plan:

        Due to all the time i will have spent once finished with school i do not want to end up in a middle-wage paying job, my goal is to shoot to 90,000-120,000 /year, and to freelance my self as a web designer/programmer at the same time to bring in more money into my wallet. I also am reading up on other computer/internet options to make money such as SEO and Internet Marketing(FEEDS/BLOGGING/ADVERTISEMENT/PPC/ETC.) I am a very hard worker with my eye set directly into this field and want to make as much out of this as possible.

        Questions:

        Lets say once i am finished with school i become a Information Systems Manager which bring in around 120,000 / year. If i advertise my self how much do you think i could make as a self employed web developer and/or a self employed Internet Marketer?

          (1 job says sql server, sharpoint, php) another says (linux, graphics, seo, asp.net), its a nightmare!!!!

          My question is I am looking to indirectly keep some of my skills (web design, css/asp.net coding) and possibly turn into a more prominent role within and organization’s marketing or IT team.

          What would be some various job titles or jobs that would fit what I am looking for? some of my ideas are as follows:

          - Interactive Ad Sales
          - Online Marketing
          - SEO/SEM/PPC
          - E-commerce Manager
          - Web Manager
          - Marketing Manager
          - Designer/IT Tech
          - Developer/IT Tech

          Like I stated above, I am NOT looking to be a web designer or a web programmer for my day job,( I feel its worth doing only as a freelancer) but something closely related that could use my skillset indirectly and show some transferable skills on my resume.

          Any thoughts
          I need serious professional help with this.

Or do they actually DO things like help them prepare business plans, design ads, etc.

              I’m also curious about ecommerce marketing consultants. Do they do the SEO work, and design the PPC ads, or do they simply TALK to the clients and tell them what they should do.

              Someone just help me understand the role of a marketing cosultant. Or a management consultant. I think being a consultant is a career field I may be interested in.

I have purchased an in-house email marketing software (interspire email marketer) which will do the actual sending.but don’t know yet which email domain provider will allow me to do mass sending!!!

                  PS: the emails gathered are 100% real and from real people who have willingly opted in. so NO illegal or spam-my intentions are help for the simple reason that i have spent 1000′s of dollars on gathering them :)
